Returns
Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached.
- Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to, final sale items, custom or personalized products, and perishable goods.
Process:
- Request a Return:
- Contact our customer service team at returns@cottonvallis.com to initiate a return. Include your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
- Receive Return Authorization:
- You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Ship the Item:
- Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and paperwork. Affix the return shipping label provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Note:
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Processing Time:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Exceptions:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund, including original shipping fees.
Exchanges
Process:
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired item.
